This was a fun project for us. Our client found mudroom ideas on Houzz and we shared an idea book. It was a great way to work. The crew especially had fun with the project as it was a detail-oriented finish project and after a summer of deck building and exterior weatherization projects they enjoyed "woodworking" again.

Once a Screened Porch, Now a Mudroom

A nice tidy mudroom at the side entry to our home. The compact and efficient storage easily handles shoes, coats, gloves, sports equipment, extra leaves for our table and folding chairs, a "charging station" for our power tools and toys, and more. The in-floor heat keeps our shoes warm and is a very welcoming comfort on cold winter days.
