The original scope was to remove a rotting cedar hot tub and privacy walls. We quickly found the entire structure was ant ridden and unsound. The new deck uses mahogany decking and PVC rails and trim to add to the durability. We added post lighting and wall sconces to enhance the evening ambiance.
