Lead Carpenter
The Lead Carpenter is the point person on the jobsite, managing and directing tasks of all crew members and subcontractors on site to ensure efficiency and productivity. The Lead Carpenter is responsible for customer satisfaction, material take-offs and orders, job site supervision (including protection, cleanliness, and safety), supervising and scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and paperwork. The Lead Carpenter needs to have the competency of a Carpenter, along with the managerial skills to actively manage and supervise all the different people who work on the job site. Read more…
Carpenter
The Carpenter reports to and supports the Lead Carpenter in meeting steveworks’ goals of on time, on budget, and to the clients’ satisfaction. Carpenters take direction from the Lead Carpenter. Read more…
