We had a limited footprint to work with, also low hanging plumbing had to be moved. Thoughtful design made this a successful space.

Adding blocking during the framing stage allows us to put in secure grab bars. A must for any shower or tub.

Pretty much an cramped and ugly space.

Renovating a non-functional basement bathroom with a low ceiling height, lots of chases with all sorts of pipes, and a limited footprint was the challenge. Making it functional was easy. Making it look good and be spacious made it worth doing.

Working as a design/build firm we were able to coordinate the client’s needs, the budget, the design, and the build, to a successful outcome.  Our client was delighted and wants us back to do more projects in their home.

You guys have been such a pleasure to work with.  AND, you actually do what you say you will do!  That has been a pet peeve of my Mom’s for so long.  She has dealt with so many contractors who do things 80% – 90% of the way, then disappear.  So you’ve pleased a very tough customer…
